When you schedule a consultation, we'll collaborate with you and your loved one to understand your move timeline and goals. From there, we'll make an action plan and get to work.

Managing the Move

For moves months away, we provide 3-hour sorting sessions 1–2 times a week to identify what items to take. We source quotes from trusted movers, handle the floor planning, and professionally pack our client's belongings. We supervise the movers on-site, unpack every box, make the bed, and even hang favorite pictures so our client's new space feels like home.

Handling a Lifetime of Belongings

Not every item has a place in your loved one's new home. We host in-person and online estate sales, in addition to collaborating with local charities and junk removers. For items of historical significance, we manage institutional placements with museums.

Putting the House on the Market

We oversee necessary home repairs and coordinate professional staging with trusted local vendors. If desired, we identify and connect you with real estate agents who have a proven track record in the home's neighborhood.
