Estate Sales

An estate sale allows you to sell most or all household belongings in a single, organized event. We offer both in-home estate sales and online auctions. In-home sales typically run for 2 - 3 days. Online auctions typically allow for bidding over a week's time with a single pick up date. This approach saves time, reduces the need for individual listings, and clears a home quickly.

Estate sales are commonly used when an estate needs to be settled after a death, a senior is moving to a smaller home, or a family is preparing for an international move.

For families coordinating from a distance, we serve as a local point of contact and provide routine updates throughout the process.

We manage the entire process:

• Evaluate whether an estate sale is the right fit based on your goals and the contents of the home
• Inventory, sort, research, and price items
• Stage the home for an organized, professional sale
• Photograph and market the sale to our buyer network
• Staff and run the sale, handling all customer interaction and payments
• Provide clear post-sale reporting
• Coordinate donation or clean out of remaining items

Home Clean-Outs, Donations, and Sale Preparation

We prepare homes for their next stage by coordinating the removal of remaining contents through donation, disposal when necessary, and complete clean-outs. When needed, we can also coordinate light repairs, vendor services, and support with selecting a realtor to help bring the property to market.

Art and Collection Placement

When appropriate, we also assist with art liquidation and institutional placement of historically significant items. We sell art through a mix of private sales, galleries, and auction placement.
